Estate Planning for California Residents

Protect What Matters Most.

Estate planning is not just about who gets what — it's about protecting your family, your property, and your peace of mind. Whether you're just starting your family, approaching retirement, or anywhere in between, we work with individuals and families to create customized estate plans that address:

Revocable Living Trusts — Avoid California probate and control the distribution of your assets.

Last Wills and Testaments — Ensure your wishes are clearly stated.

Powers of Attorney — Designate trusted individuals to handle financial decisions if you're unable.

Advance Health Care Directives — Ensure your medical wishes are honored.

Guardianship Designations — Protect your children by naming trusted guardians.

Trust Administration — Help families efficiently administer trusts and estates.

Without a plan, California law will decide what happens to your assets and your care. Estate planning gives you control and protects your loved ones from unnecessary stress and legal expenses.
